Does my life actually feel like me?

This reflection is not about fixing anything.

It’s not about where you should be or what you should want.

It’s about noticing:

• How aligned your daily life feels with your inner truth
• Where you feel in flow — and where you feel disconnected
• What feels nourishing… and what quietly drains you

As you move through the questions, answer from your felt experience, not from logic or ideals.

There are no right or wrong responses here — only awareness.

Think of this as a gentle check-in with yourself.

A moment to listen inwardly, without judgment, pressure, or performance.
