Growth Strategy Associate Internship Application

As a Growth & Revenue Associate, you will work on the full growth engine of Niraaya — from spreading awareness and shaping brand perception to generating leads and supporting conversions. This is a high-ownership role designed for students who want to understand how real businesses grow, end-to-end.

This role goes beyond execution. You will be involved in thinking, testing, learning, and iterating alongside the founder.

Key Responsibilities

Awareness & Brand Growth

• Drive awareness through content, communities, and outreach
• Support brand positioning across LinkedIn, website, and campaigns
• Represent Niraaya in student and professional communities

Marketing & Strategy

• Design and test marketing strategies and growth experiments
• Identify target segments and acquisition channels
• Analyze performance and recommend improvements

Sales & Conversions

• Engage with inbound leads (DMs, emails, webinar signups)
• Support discovery conversations and follow-ups
• Assist in converting interest into program enrollments

Insights & Reporting

• Track leads, conversions, and engagement metrics
• Share weekly insights and learnings
• Contribute to improving offers, pricing, and messaging

Success Metrics
